Woman accused of causing infant son's death with painkiller
NASHUA, N.H. -A Hudson mother is facing charges that she caused her infant son's death by putting a patch on him that contained a powerful painkiller.
Kristine Davis has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the July 19, 2011, death of her 8-month-old son, Izik. Prosecutors said Davis put a patch on her son containing the painkiller fentanyl, but her lawyer said it was an accident.
