I hear the Chiefs a great guy
I've heard that too! In fact, I'd love to work for/with him!
I think they need a hella civilian investigator type!
Anyone one looking to relocate to VT?
Hmmm, mighty tempting. If it wasn't for all that pesky snow and freezing temperatures!
However, it's a beautiful area and anyone who takes you up on it will be lucky to work for that town's police chief!
Actually there were quite a few openings that I had my eye on in VT that were on Policeapp. I was very interested in Montpelier and Brattleboro specifically
Just went to Burlington last weekend for a getaway. We left 8 hours later, place is a shithole, overrun by antifa types, and we stumbled into a massive protest. Not a cop to be seen anywhere in the city. Do your homework vermont is not LE friendly.

VT leans pretty hard left, to be sure (with a streak of « leave me alone » in there too—they’ve allowed permit-less concealed carry for a long time), but a sh!thole? Come on! I don’t know about you, but I’ve traveled the US pretty extensively, and Vermont (including the nice parts of Burlington) stands out as an amazingly beautiful, clean, peaceful, and pleasant place.
Any questions feel free to PM me.
