Besides all the other reasons, some how these guys thing they are REALLY police...to that end they will argue with you that they should be allowed to buy machine guns, even when REAL police officers couldn't.
He doesn't seem to understand that 1. the gun is for LE Agencies or dealers ONLY. No if and's or buts.

How about a letter to the Sheriff of that respective county advising him of this persons request. It will work faster then a post on here.

Yeah but that's not his department...BATFE has already been notified.

I'm not the holder of the FFL. I was under the opinion that any illegal attempts to purchase Class 3 weapons should be reported to someone besides a public internet forum. But what do I know? I'm just a local, not the BATF.
