What does that mean? every post has to be approved before it's allowed on the forum?

Yes, I had a mod installed that would enable us to moderate individual users, topics or forums. That was lost in the upgrade but will return in time like most of the mods. Hopefully this will be the last major rebuild, I am saving everything! Last time I added the mods and moved on, the database was always backed up but not the modified php scripts. I won't make that mistake again.
