What is a "Moderated User"??

Now I for one have been kicked off this board once before for inflamatory comments (all true and based on factual events I must say) and have weaseled my way back on, but what exactly is a "Moderated User"? Is it a member who is on "Double Secret Probation" or just a dumb-ass who has to have a moderator look at his postings before they are posted?

Just take a look under Campus Police & the topic BIDMC and on pages 2 and 3 there is some jawbone who has made some outrageously dumb statements in the past. This unfortunate soul no designation of Cadet through Brass but it says, "Moderated User" for their rank designation.

Can one of the great Moderator Gods please hip me to what this means?

A little of both, no the post are not previewed as of yet but he/she is working up to that point. When I start getting private messages and emails from folks and they all are complaining about the same issue and or member that member gets a little special attention.

You might know him/her you both have the same ip address on a lot of your post, maybe a co-worker? :roll:

I get in enough trouble on here without his / her "help". At least every time I open my big yap, I have something worthwhile to say at least. (In my opinion).
