They're looking for someone whom preferably has 5 plus experience in a supervisory position, ideally like a Sgt. with a municipal PD. They hire folks with strong experience, not your average Campus PD, they try to hire like a Municipal PD as far as experience. I know the pay is good, just not sure how good.
