A Framingham woman and a Springfield man were arrested Tuesday after they broke into at least seven vehicles, a prosecutor said in Framingham District Court Tuesday. Rebecca L. Bigelow, 27, of Framingham, and Izzy Martinez, 33, of Springfield, were arrested at 2:26 a.m. with several GPS devices, cellphones and other items in their possession, prosecutor Jamie Charles said during their arraignment.
