Does anyone know if a MSP trooper can reside out of state as long as their nearby to the state border. Or to reverse the scenario, can a CSP trooper reside in MA? I'am pretty sure MSP has a residency requirement, however has there ever been exceptions made. Could a CSP trooper work out of Enfield and be married to a MSP trooper out of Springfield without renting or owning two properties in two different states?

You must live in MA, by graduation, to be on the MSP.
