PLYMOUTH -
Three people, including one who was hospitalized after swallowing cocaine,were charged with drug offenses after police searched a Beaver Dam Road home about 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
Police searched Amanda Sharde Costa's home at 217 Beaver Dam Road after a monthslong drug investigation.
Police said Costa, 23, had cocaine in small plastic bags and had prescription pills for which she did not have a prescription.
Rasharn J. Lynch, 28, of 1 Algonquin Terrace swallowed a packet of cocaine and was taken to the hospital, police said. They did not know how much he swallowed.
Melson D. Jaques, 26, of 24 Bridle Path Circle, Randolph, had about 41/2 grams of cocaine in a small plastic bag, police said.
All three were charged with cocaine possession with intent to distribute, cocaine possession and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Costa was also charged with prescription pill possession and with outstanding warrants.
