Ex-Greenfield Teacher Pleads Not Guilty
GREENFIELD, Mass. -- A former Greenfield Middle School teacher has pleaded not guilty to charges that he raped one of his students while she was between the ages of 13 and 16.
Northwestern District Attorney's Office says 45-year-old Brendan Kenny was arraigned Tuesday on multiple counts of rape of a child, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Bail was set at $5,000 and Kenny was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim or anyone under the age of 16.
