Taunton District Court

Tuesday session

Nicholas A. Goultier, 22, of 18 Prospect St., Easton, admitted sufficient facts to warrant a guilty finding on a charge of possession of marijuana. The case was continued without a finding for 18 months by Judge David Turcotte. A complaint was filed against Goultier March 25 after he was arrested March 24 in Easton. In a separate incident, Goultier admitted sufficient facts to warrant a guilty finding on charges of possession of heroin and present where heroin is being kept. The cases were each continued without a finding for 18 months. A complaint was filed against him Dec. 14 relating to an incident on Nov. 21 in Taunton.

Wednesday session

Kevin Machado, 49, of 10 Disamar Road, Taunton, was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order. A complaint was filed against him Monday relating to an incident on Aug. 27 in Taunton. The defendant was ordered released on $200 cash bail. The case was continued by Judge Paul McCallum to Oct. 21.

Kevin R. Widdop, 38, of 11 Meadow St., Unit 1, Taunton, had charges against him of assault and battery and malicious destruction of property over $250 dismissed by Judge Francis L. Marini. A complaint was filed against Widdop on July 31 relating to an incident on July 31 in Taunton.

Dwight W. Green Jr., 39, of 20 Brook St., Unit 20, Brockton, had a charge against him of filing a false crime report dismissed without prejudice by Marini. The dismissal was with the understanding that the same charge could be brought against the defendant at a later date. A complaint was filed against Green June 12 relating to a Dec. 15 incident in Taunton.

Sean Prunier, 25, of 196 Glen Charlie Road, East Wareham, had charges against him of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest dismissed by Marini. Prunier was arrested on the charges July 31 in Taunton.

Daniel J. Soares, 31, of 30 Forest Ave., Brockton, was arraigned on a charge of failure to disperse and possession of marijuana. The cases were continued by McCallum to Oct. 14. A complaint was filed against Soares on Monday after he was arrested Saturday in Taunton.

James M. Delaney, 19, of 28 Village Circle, Taunton, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and possession of OxyContin. The cases were continued by McCallum to Oct. 24. A complaint was filed against Delaney Wednesday after he was arrested Tuesday in Taunton.

Matthew T. Soares, 19, of 94 Jerome St., Berkley, had a charge against him of shoplifting dismissed by McCallum. A complaint was filed against Soares Wednesday after he was arrested Tuesday in Taunton.
