Taunton District Court

Oct. 7 session

- Benjamin Phillips, 17, of 3 Rufus Jones Lane, North Easton, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a vehicle or boat in the daytime for a felony and possession of a burglary instrument. The cases were continued by Judge James McGovern to Nov. 19. Phillips was arrested on the charges Tuesday in Easton.

David A. Haskins, 31, of 429 Bay St., Taunton, was arraigned on two charges of malicious destruction of property over $250. The cases were continued by McGovern to Nov. 18. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Haskins Jan. 23 relating to an incident on Jan. 12 in Taunton.

Peyton A. Lee, 18, of 1 Riverview St., Unit A1, Taunton, was arraigned on charges of operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, speeding and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. The cases were continued by McGovern to Nov. 25. Lee was arrested on the charges Tuesday in Taunton.

Macelino C. Rodrigues, 25, of 5 Bradford St., Taunton, was arraigned on charges of operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended and speeding. The cases were continued by McGovern to Nov. 20. A complaint was filed against Rodrigues Tuesday after he was arrested Monday in Taunton.

Donna M. Peno, 43, of 35 Union Ave., Johnston, RI, had a charge against her of operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended dismissed by McGovern. A complaint was filed against Peno Tuesday after she was arrested Monday in Berkley.

Vance D. Moranville Jr., 20, of 19 Harrison St., first floor, Taunton, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting. The case was continued by McGovern to Nov. 6. A complaint was filed against Moranville Tuesday after he was arrested Monday in Taunton.
