A Framingham man who was the target of an undercover drug investigation is also a sex offender who lied about where he lived, a prosecutor said in Framingham District Court on Thursday. Elshoma McCoy, 37, was arrested around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, prosecutor Wynter Lavier said during McCoy's arraignment.
