Stupidest escapee in a while

We had an inmate on the wristband / house arrest program. Apparantly it was too stressful for him. He cut off his wristband and was amongst the missing. He went to a local hospital the other day for some sort of medical attention. He gave the hospital his current address and said to bill the department.

The hospital billing department called to verify that we would be paying the bill.

Needless to say, our guys went to his new address with several of the finest from the local PD and returned him to jail. Probably has no clue how we found him.
