STOUGHTON -

Tuesday session

Denis Sakanovic, 26, of 134 Forest Ave., Brockton, had charges of driving after license suspension for a subsequent offense, failure to wear a seatbelt, speeding, having no inspection sticker and giving a false name to police continued by Judge Francis T. Crimmins to Nov. 4 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from a Dec. 26, 2006, incident in Stoughton.

Kevin T. Smith, 36, of 5 Union St., Rockland, had a charge of receiving stolen property over $250 continued by Crimmins to Nov. 4 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a Feb. 18 incident in Avon.

Shawnna L. Dennis, 22, of 89 East Grove St., Apt. B12, Middleboro, was arraigned on charges of conspiracy and receiving stolen property over $250. Crimmins continued the case to Nov. 4 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from an Aug. 31 incident in Avon.

Wednesday session

Marcionilis Gomes, 22, of 13 Clifford Ave., Apt. 2, Stoughton, had charges of driving without a license and failure to yield at intersection continued by Crimmins to Sept. 29 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from an Oct. 1, 2006, incident in Stoughton.

Raymond Muse, 27, of 921 Washington St., Stoughton, had a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a shod foot, continued by Crimmins to Nov. 4 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a July 12 incident in Stoughton.

Aysa Castro, 27, of 32 Ripley Road, Apt. 2, Dorchester, had charges of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute for a subsequent offense, failure to wear a seatbelt, trafficking in heroin and being present where heroin is kept continued by Crimmins to Oct. 7 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from a May 24 incident in Stoughton.

Thursday session

Ledir N. Furtado, 53, of 55 Station St., Stoughton, had a charge of drunken driving continued by Crimmins without a finding to Feb. 4 although sufficient facts in the case were found. Crimmins dismissed a charge of negligent driving at the request of the state, found Furtado responsible for a marked lanes violation and speeding and continued a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident to Sept. 11 without a finding. The charges stem from an Oct. 28, 2007, incident in Stoughton.
