Stoughton District Court

Monday session

Robert J. Terry III, 27, of 7 Cottonwood Drive, Apt. 12R, Stoughton, had charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a blunt object, continued by Judge Francis T. Crimmins to Nov. 12 for a bench trial. The charges stem from a Feb. 26 incident in Stoughton.

Paul A. Spruill, 44, of 80 Perry St., Apt. 1, Stoughton, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. Crimmins continued the case to Nov. 24 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a Sept. 21 incident in Stoughton.

Joel R. Lewis, 37, of 14 Richard Road, Stoughton, had charges of mayhem and assault and battery continued by Crimmins to Nov.18 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from an Aug. 23 incident in Stoughton.

Gregg R. Kyller, 30, of 608 Central St., Stoughton, had charges of driving after license suspension for drunken driving and second-offense drunken driving continued by Crimmins to Oct. 22 for a bench trial. The charges stem from an April 12 incident in Stoughton.

Wednesday session

Nicholas J. Tempone, 19, of 170 South St., Randolph, was arraigned on charges of possession of heroin, subsequent-offense possession of marijuana, and a marked lanes violation. Crimmins continued the case to Nov. 18 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from a Sept. 19 incident in Stoughton.

Frances R. Goss, 37, of 197 Britton Ave., Apt. 205, Stoughton, had a charge of possession of cocaine dismissed by Crimmins upon payment of $300 in court costs. The charge stems from a July 18 incident in Stoughton.

Mesha M. Blane, 19, of 287 Oak St., Brockton, had charges of larceny by check over $250, forgery of a check and uttering a false check continued by Crimmins to Nov. 21 for a bench trial. The charges stem from a Dec. 4, 2006, incident in Avon.
