STOUGHTON -

Tuesday session

Christopher Miller, 21, of 61 Benson Road, Stoughton, failed to appear for trial on a charge of assault and battery. Crimmins issued an arrest warrant for the default. The charge stems from an April 20 incident in Stoughton.

Wednesday session

Lisa D. Ruffin, 41, of 20 Connie Lane, Stoughton, had a charge of assault continued by Judge Richard Savignano to Nov. 7 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a Jan. 8 incident in Stoughton.

Shantay M. Shanks, 27, of 34 Park St., Apt. 1, Stoughton, had a charge of malicious damage of property over $250 continued by Savignano to Nov. 12 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a June 2 incident in Stoughton.

Mazon J. Hatem, 45, of 15 Lurie Circle, Stoughton, had charges of drunken driving, negligent driving, a marked lanes violation and speeding continued by Savignano to Nov. 19 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from a July 25 incident in Stoughton.

Thomas W. Gleason, 42, of 11 Meadow Drive, Stoughton, had a charge of assault and battery continued by Savignano to Nov. 14 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from an Aug. 5 incident in Stoughton.

Paul Dvoresky, 50, of 23 Pearl St., Apt. 17, Stoughton, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated assault. Savignano continued the case to Oct. 8 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a Sept. 16 incident in Stoughton.

William M. Dellamano, 50, of 71 Station St., Stoughton, was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, negligent driving and failure to drive in right lane. Savignano continued the case to Oct. 8 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from a Sept. 16 incident in Stoughton.

Friday session

Domenic Morra, 24, of 4 Elgin St., Stoughton, had a charge of assault and battery continued by Judge Francis T. Crimmins to Nov. 10 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from an Aug. 6 incident in Stoughton.

Shawn Princiotta, 18, of 13 Madrid Square, Apt. 4, Brockton, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a dangerous weapon, brass knuckles. Crimmins continued the case to Nov. 3 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a Sept. 18 incident in Stoughton.
