STOUGHTON -

Monday session

Matthew M. Forg, 24, of 79 Hillwood Ave., Stoughton, had charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a knife, continued by Crimmins to Dec. 19 for a bench trial. The charges stem from an Oct. 14, 2007, incident in Stoughton.

Lawrence A. Constantine, 51, of 100 Water St., Apt. 10, Stoughton, was arraigned on charges of drunken driving, negligent driving and failure to slow. Crimmins continued the case to Dec. 15 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from an Oct. 18 incident in Avon.

Tuesday session

Deborah J. Delaney, 54, of 102 Pleasant St., Stoughton, had two counts of assault and battery dismissed by Crimmins without prejudice. The charges stem from a Dec. 27, 2007, incident in Stoughton.

Eric J. Silver, 35, of 77 Rosewood Drive, Stoughton, had a charge of drunken driving dismissed by Crimmins without prejudice. The charge stems from a Dec. 29, 2007, incident in Stoughton.

Michael Chlus, 45, of 89 Duggan St., Stoughton, pleaded guilty to a second-offense of drunken driving and was sentenced by Crimmins to 90 days in the Norfolk County House of Correction, suspended for two years. Chlus was found responsible for failure to drive in right lane and not responsible for driving without license in possession. The charges stem from an Aug.25 incident in Stoughton.

Wednesday session

Derrick Alves, 21, of 85 Tremont St., Apt. 3, Brockton, was arraigned on charges of driving with license revoked as a habitual traffic offender and failure to stop/yield. The case was continued to Jan. 13 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from a Oct. 22 incident in Stoughton.

Anthony Rivera, 18, of 690 Metropolitan Ave., Apt. 1, Hyde Park, had charges of felony nighttime breaking and entering into a vehicle, malicious damage to a vehicle, larceny over $250, conspiracy, and possession of a burglary tool continued to Dec. 22 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from a Aug. 22 incident in Stoughton.

Delmeris Martinez, 17, of 13 Faxon St., Stoughton, had charges of felony nighttime breaking and entering into a vehicle, malicious damage to a vehicle, larceny over $250, conspiracy, and possession of a burglary tool continued to Dec. 22 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from a Aug. 22 incident in Stoughton.

Barry L. Thomas, 19, of 20 Chestnut St., Apt. 1, Stoughton, had a charge of larceny of a vehicle continued to Dec. 22 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a Aug. 19 incident in Stoughton.

Benedito Silva, 32, of 149 Perry St., Stoughton, had a charge of assault and battery continued to Dec. 15 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a Aug. 21 incident in Stoughton.

Thursday session

Michael S. Depina, 32, of 5 Sanford Ave., Hyde Park, had charges of larceny by check under $250, larceny by check over $250, and two counts of uttering a false check continued by Judge Richard Savignano to Dec. 15 for a pretrial hearing.
