Friday session

Kathleen A. Bright, 39, of 115 Saratoga St., East Boston, had a charge of possession of heroin continued by Judge David Turcotte to Nov. 17 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a Sept. 29 incident in Stoughton.

Jarron Mack, 19, of 165 Carl Ave., Apt. 74C, Brockton, had two counts of felony nighttime breaking and entering into a vehicle, two counts of malicious damage to a vehicle and a charge of larceny under $250 continued by Turcotte to Dec. 5 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from a May 13 incident in Stoughton.

Maurice Drayton, 18, of 1467 Main St., Brockton, had two counts of felony nighttime breaking and entering into a vehicle, two counts of malicious damage to a vehicle and a charge of larceny under $250 continued by Turcotte to Dec. 5 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from a May 13 incident in Stoughton.

Charles Dejesus, 17, of 7 Tiffany Drive, Brockton, had two counts of felony nighttime breaking and entering into a vehicle, two counts of malicious damage to a vehicle, and a charge of larceny under $250 continued by Turcotte to Dec. 5 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from a May 13 incident in Stoughton.

Joshua McDonough, 18, of 42 Park St., Stoughton, had a charge of unarmed robbery continued by Turcotte to Nov. 14 for a probable cause hearing. The charge stems from a July 3 incident in Stoughton.

Kerry Fajardo, 35, of 73 Holbrook Ave., Stoughton, had charges of drunken driving, negligent driving, child endangerment while driving under the influence and failure to yield at an intersection continued by Turcotte to Nov. 19 for a bench trial. The charges stem from an April 22 incident in Stoughton.

Justin E. Howard, 29, of 24 Hillside Ave., West Bridgewater, had charges of drunken driving, negligent driving and a marked lanes violation continued by Turcotte to Dec. 22 for a bench trial. The charges stem from a Feb. 28 incident in Avon.

Monday session

McHernstein Antoine, 19, of 39 Lucas Ave., Stoughton, was arraigned on a charge of possession of marijuana and a vehicle lights violation. Judge Francis T. Crimmins continued the case to Dec. 5 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from an Oct. 18 incident in Stoughton.

Daniel Coelho, 17, of 51 Hunt Drive, Stoughton, had a charge of assault and battery continued by Crimmins to Jan. 7 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from an Oct. 20 incident in Stoughton.

Charles Beaumont, 21, of 155 Mountain St., Sharon, was arraigned on charges of drunken driving, speeding and driving without a license. Crimmins continued the case to Dec. 5 for a pretrial hearing. The charges stem from an Oct. 19 incident in Stoughton.

Garrett J. Polycarpe, 22, of 40 Langley Drive, Avon, was arraigned on a charge of drunken driving. Crimmins continued the case to Dec. 15 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from an Oct. 19 incident in Canton.

Patricia Mazza, 54, of 9 Riverside Terrace, Stoughton, was arraigned on a charge of drunken driving. Crimmins continued the case to Dec. 5 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from an Oct. 17 incident in Stoughton.
