State Police seize electronics in suspected fraud case
On July 18, 2013 around 1:15 PM, Trooper Dana Oliver stopped a motor vehicle on Route 146 in Worcester. During this stop, 19 iPhone 5's were seized as well as a assortment of other devices including iPad, Blackberry, Wii, Samsung Galaxy.
These items were seized from three men from New York who are suspected of credit card fraud and identity theft. The investigation is on-going with several agencies, including the Massachusetts State Police and the U.S. Secret Service.
