A state police high-speed chase that reached more than 90 mph through seven SouthCoast communities Tuesday night, ended on Interstate 195 in Westport after troopers used tire deflation devices to flatten the front tires of a black Acura, then arrested its driver, a Fall River man, at gunpoint.
