Nice decisive action. Pure awesomeness.

I understand that many departments' Taser protocol require an onscene officer to notify operations immediately (should be "when reasonable" in P & P language) upon Taser activation. I've noticed in many of the released Taser footage incidents that officers, more often than not, immediately get on the radio even while a suspect is not fully detained and or the scene is active. Somewhat disconcerting, however coming from a non-Taser issued department, I could be wrong.
