Don't know any specifics, but I do know the position was already spoken for before it was advertised. The kid already has the job, he is from town and was working for a P.D in Florida, the young lad is already done and ready to come home. Its nice when mommy and daddy know the chief.

Not too sure what the starting pay is but I know they have the quinn bill. They have occasional details but they allow their retirees to pick some up also.

There are a FEW good guys on the department, Captain Solomito is a great guy and there are some great patrolmen too. There are also some assholes... for lack of a better word. It could be a foot in the door type of department, don't expect a lot of action though... the job consists mostly of traffic stops (most likely on county st.) and sometimes the usual calls...

Never met the chief but the guys I know there do speak highly of him...
