Can someone help me out with this scenario?
I understand that dealers much comply with the MA Consumer Protection regs and the 98 Gun control act when selling firearms. However, as an instructor, I am able to purchase firearms directly from some manufacturers. Would these firearms still have to meet the Attorney General consumer protection regs in order to be transfered to me from an FFL even though I'm not purchasing it from them?
