SFTS Instructor Course?

Does anyone have any information on an upcoming NHTSA SFTS :? [too many acronyms] instructor certification course? I know that Pam King [i think that's her name] out of Reading [NERPI] is the MA contact, but I have had no luck trying to talk with her. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
