Provide armed security for the US Army Central Command (ARCENT). Guarding pre-position war material for ARCENT. Duties include gate entry, roving patrols, perimeter and towers. US Guards will be armed with a M16 riffle and a 9mm pistol.

I've been here, & talked with these guys, doesn't seem like a bad gig, Doha, Qatar is nice. Pretty safe as far as the Middle East goes. they have k-9 positions. why you'd wanna go and be a gate guard in the friggin desert for 100k/year is beyond me.

but its where u get to go on R & R, and you get 3 whole beers a night! then theres the air force base in el euided ( i can't spell friggin haji) & lots of hot AF chicks 3 beer limit there to! like i said good luck w/ Dyncorps web site.
