Not that the ad's not hilarious, but in other states with no details, guys do leave LE because of low pay (think Florida--35k). Many states compensate their LE very poorly.

Florida is not the only State with low pay. In my opinion, MA could do better!

MA could definately do better! FL is definately not the only state that pays poorly. Many southern states pay cops extremely poorly, as do many rural locations all across America.

Not all northern locations are good either. For example, starting pay at the NYPD is only in the mid 30's last I heard. I can see making a lot more money driving a truck than being a cop in the US. It's sad but true.
