Which is exactly why I don't charge drunks 99% of the time when they fight.$1,000 bail? In Quincy you can do whatever you want as long as you have $40.00 cash.
Whackers are generally harmless. This is well beyond whacking.I...

I'm sure he'd say he was just trying serve and protect like these guys. What exactly were his intentions?
That too is not whacking, IMO.Not so....there have been many incidents of women being assaulted by fake cops.
One of our now-retired guys was "stopped" by a whacker, and our guy asked for a better look at his badge, which was flashed for a nanosecond. The whacker asked why, and our guy displayed his own badge, and asked if it looked anything like that. The whacker took off, our guy followed him & called 911 on his cell phone. MSP stopped him on 93N, and he had a loaded 9mm on him with no LTC.
What exactly were his intentions?
Anyone who drives a whacked-out cruiser lookalike is a whacker. That too is not whacking, IMO.
Whackers are the assholes that don't do anything beyond their silly cars and ebay purchased t-shirts.

The only ex cruiser I'd consider buying and restoring to its inservice days is a big block Dodge or Plymouth from 1969 (last of high compression motors) to a 1978 (last year of big blocks period)Anyone who drives a whacked-out cruiser lookalike is a whacker.
You're not going to be fooling anyone with a 1978 Plymouth Gran Fury.......well, except maybe the Dukes of Hazzard brothers. The only ex cruiser I'd consider buying and restoring to its inservice days is a big block Dodge or Plymouth from 1969 (last of high compression motors) to a 1978 (last year of big blocks period)
