In regards to C41 S99a the 15 mile rule, does anyone know how its measured? Is it Rd miles or nautical/air miles. The Chapter and Section is silent as to which.

It's measured from the border of the town, 15 miles as the crow flies. Whatever border it crosses or touches, thats where you can live.

I know when Haverhill last beat this dead horse around, they mentioned that HR would make avaliable a list of towns/ cities that would fall within the 15 mile limit. This would help elevate any misunderstandings. Check with your local HR dept, or Town hall. They may already know what falls within your particular zone.
