Racing ad enclosed with RMV renewal

Anyone else need to renew their plates anytime soon? I just got my renewal form in the mail, and there was an ad for Summit Racing in the envelope as well.

Does the Registry really think that putting an ad for an online performance parts retailer in everyone's renewal packet a good idea? Perhaps they are trying to raise ticket revenues by encouraging purchases of neon washer nozzle lights and phat mufflers... :?
