Sandra Giammarco thought "something was going on" in the second-floor apartment above hers at 29 Eustis St. in Wollaston. There was too much commotion, too many people coming and going at odd hours. But she didn't suspect there was a methamphetamine lab in the place - until Quincy police allegedly found one Monday night.
