QUINCY -
Andrew McGaughey, 19, of 3 Highland Ave., Randolph, pleaded innocent to five counts of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at night and to single counts of possession of burglary tools, receiving stolen property worth more than $250 and attempting to commit a crime. He was told to return to court Oct. 23. The offenses allegedly occurred July 12 in Randolph.

Nicole J. Gillis, 35, of 24 McCusker Drive, Braintree, pleaded innocent to receiving stolen property worth more than $250. She was told to return to court Oct. 1. The alleged offense, Aug. 27 in Quincy, involved a cell phone.

Charges of larceny of more than $250 and larceny of less than $250 against Gina Boswell, 22, of Boston were ordered by Judge Mark Coven dismissed on payment of court costs. The offenses allegedly occurred Aug. 31 at Sears in Braintree.
