Has anybody migrated from QED to IMC? I know that Natick PD has just wondering if anyone else has and what sort of problems you ran into? I think I have finally convinced the higher ups in my dept to take the leap into a more user friendly CAD system. Keeping fingers crossed [-o<

I hate QED. I would love to switch over. Has anyone tried doing a simple search on that piece of garbage?

Does anyone at QED understand that computers are supposed to be easy to use and make less work?

Has anyone ever heard anyone say, "I love QED"?

Good luck on getting the switch done. it's too bad our agencies get trapped into using some of these vendors because of money issues.

IMC? Yes it is a better system. Unfortunately switching from QED to IMC did not happen at my department. It was nothing against IMC just a lack of funding, hopefully they will set the money aside in the near future.

Question? QED is that he old Pro-com4 system where everything is in Basic an you have to type wierd codes just to enter a call.
