New York - President Barack Obama has been named Time's "Person of the Year" for 2012.
The selection was announced Wednesday on NBC's "Today" show.
The short list for the honor included Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani teenager who was shot in the head for advocating for girls' education.
It also included Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi and Bill and Hillary Clinton. Obama also received the honor in 2008, when he was President-elect.
Last year, "The Protester" got the honor.

The runner up was a 14-year old girl in Pakistan that was shot in the head by the Taliban for daring to be educated and promoting woman's rights. After recovering the young lady returned and continued her crusade.

You stay classy Time Magazine

Fits perfectly considering he is an amalgam of two previous winners.

Isn't that a step back from the Nobel Peace Prize he earned from his monumental first week in office? Yup a lot of peace being spread in this administration. After his apology tour he helped destabilize Egypt and Libya (enter Muslim Brother from stage right), sent the "assault rifles" he's now advocating to ban Americans from having south of the boarder to the peaceful Mexican's (only return back over the porous boarder and kill our own Boarder Patrol Agents), etc...

He's not even worthy of a man of the year distinction from a magazine that is virtually obsolete in this day an age, and when it was popular, was found primarily in bathrooms, (used as back-up toilet paper incase you ran out), or doctor/dentist office, (the most dreaded places any human can go).

I want to know what exactly he got the award for? Tanking our economy? Letting illegal guns go into Mexico? Wasting billions on companies that go bankrupt? Fomenting revolution with our allies to replace them with radical anti-americans? Getting our Ambassador killed while denying it was an organized attack? Appointing unqualified people to the Supreme Court? Foisting an unpopular and constitutionally suspect health care tax on everyone which enriches insurance companies and does nothing to fix problems in our health-care system?

What exactly has he done to deserve anything but to be given his pink slip?

U.S. magazine "TIME Magazine" selected the dear respected Kim Jong Un as "man of 2012″. The magazine has selected and published "man of the year" every year from 1927. This year, it conducted on-line voting among subscribers including politicians, businessmen, artistes, sportspersons and announcers for the man of this year.
More than 5.6 million people, the greatest number, voted for Kim Jong Un.
The U.S. magazine Forbes, dealing with the most influential persons in the world on Dec. 8, carried photos of his revolutionary activities and introduced his brief biography.

OMG lol this site is comic old. The funniest thing is that they are dead serious.
