If you are a police officer you can get them almost anywhere, and they don't need to be preban.

Howabout working for an unarmed department? Also mags are a little under $25 dollars a pop, and you dont need to get a fancy letter from the chief.

There are plenty of pre-ban mags here in Mass. Just be prepared to shell out between $90-125 for them (Sorry)

Or you could buy them on www.gunbroker.com, but be advised, once you receive them you're breaking the law because they did not exist here in Mass prior to 1998. But in the end.......who gives a flying flatch
