Hi Folks, I tried this in 2018 but didn't have much luck so let's try again in 2020. I'll be in Washington DC with the LAPD for Police Memorial Week this year. I'm wondering if someone from here will be there as well so we can meet up and say hello, maybe in our respective uniforms. We stay in Alexandria in case you are in that area. I'd be happy to buy my New England brothers and or sisters a round if we get to meet up. As I mentioned in the 2018 thread, if you haven't been to this event and you are on the job for the right reasons (not just to make money), then I highly recommend you attend at least once in your career. This is my third time and I wish I had done it more often. It really is an amazing experience. If you don't want to answer publicly, feel free to PM.
So much for that idea. This important annual event has been cancelled due to what's going on in the world, although we didn't seem to have any interest on here anyway. Maybe next year.
