QUINCY -

Erin E. Waite, 25, of New Bedford pleaded innocent to charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, and two counts of assault and battery. She was released on her promise to return to court on Sept. 10.

Plymouth police charged her with punching and kicking a man and threatening him with a knife during a fight at the Black Raspberry Pub on June 28.

John Bass, 46, of 6 Main St. Extension, Plymouth, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Judge Ronald Moynahan sentenced him to one year in jail and ordered him to stay away from the victim and complete an anger-management program. The jail sentence was suspended for one year.
Plymouth police charged Bass with throwing hot coffee on another man on Feb. 11.

Christopher T. Kelly, 28, of 10 Water St., Weymouth, was put on pre-trial probation on charges of marijuana possession and driving with a suspended license. A charge of heroin possession was dismissed. He was found not responsible for driving without a license.
Hingham police charged him on May 19.

Elizabeth A. Gwynn, 18, of 75 Annawan Drive, Halifax, pleaded innocent to charges of marijuana possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession. She was released on her promise to return to court Aug. 13.
Kingston police charged her on June 22.

Toney M. Moore, 20, of 45 Colonial Terrace, Plymouth, pleaded innocent to a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. She was released on her promise to return to court July 11.
Plymouth police charged her with stabbing a man with a knife on June 17.

David P. McCoy, 35, of 171 Park Ave., Whitman, pleaded innocent to 10 counts of making false statements to obtain a credit card, improper use of a credit card, nine counts of uttering false writing, and one count of larceny over $250. He was released on his promise to return to court Aug. 6.
Hanson police charged him with using his wife's name to obtain credit cards on various dates in April.

Tanya McGrath, 28, of 3 Tideview Path, Plymouth, pleaded innocent to a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. She was released on her promise to return to court Aug. 12.
Plymouth police charged her with throwing a glass at a man on June 19.

A charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon against Darren F. Darosa, 24, of 603 Summer St., Rockland, was continued without a finding for 18 months. A charge of intimidation of a witness was dismissed.
Pembroke police charged him with beating another man with a blunt object on Aug. 1, 2007.

Charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, assault and battery, and two counts of threatening to commit a crime against Anthony Costa, 42, of 54 Beach St., Plymouth, were continued without a finding for six months. A charge of home invasion was dismissed.
Pembroke police charged him with forcing his way into a man's home on July 23.

Charges of Percocet, Suboxone, and marijuana possession, concealing a license plate, driving without a license, driving an unregistered and uninsured car, against Thomas E. Haapaoja, 22, of 54 Washington Circle, Holbrook, were continued without a finding for six months.
Pembroke police charged him on May 3.

Charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon, against Peter Fernandes, 32, of Wareham were continued without a finding for one year. He was ordered to stay away from the victim.
Plymouth police charged him with beating a man with a golf club on Nov. 18.

James A. Jasmin II, 20, of 9 Spencer Drive, Plymouth, pleaded innocent to charges of larceny over $250 by a single scheme and identity fraud. He was released on his promise to return to court Aug. 13.
Plymouth police charged him with using his father's credit card to buy merchandise at T-Mobile and Target on Jan. 1, 2007.
