Four months after Philadelphia's top cop asked the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate after an internal audit revealed one of 1,356 Colt M-16 rifles was unaccounted for, the department revealed that 12 guns are still missing.
According to the Philadelphia Daily News, Police Commissioner Charles H. Ramsey said, "Right now, we have 12 guns that we still need to locate, but we have more than 100 officers that we've not yet checked with."
