ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville Fire-Rescue ladder truck returning from being repaired caught on fire on Interstate 95, sending flames and smoke into the air and forcing officials to briefly stop all northbound traffic, according to WJXT-TV in Jacksonville.
