Raymond P. Pelletier, age 78, of Fall River, passed away Monday, November 26, 2012 at Crawford Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center. He was the husband of Dolores (Brodeur) Pelletier and the late Claire (St.Germain) Pelletier. Born in Fall River, a son of the late Pierre and Rachel (Bouchard) Pelletier. Mr. Pelletier served as a Fall River Police Officer for 30 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, and a lifetime member of the East End Sportsmen's Club in Tiverton. Mr. Pelletier enjoyed woodworking, but most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Besides his wife, he is survived by his four children, Michelle Beaudoin & husband Gene Paul of North Dartmouth, Ronald Pelletier & wife Denise of Richmond, RI, Denise Boudria & husband Robert of Swansea and Lisa Desmarais & husband Marc of Somerset; four step-children, Barbara DaCunha of Westport, Stanley Kryla & wife Doreen, Sandra Kryla & Marc Kryla, all of Fall River; a brother, Adrian "Chap" Pelletier of Somerset; fourteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Robert & Rene Pelletier, Theresa Dupuis and Lucille Sylvain. Mr. Pelletier's funeral will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 8:00AM from the BOULE FUNERAL HOME, 615 Broadway, Fall River, MA, followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00AM in St. Bernadette's Parish, Eastern Avenue, Fall River. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00PM to 7:00PM. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Gifts may be made to the Knights of Columbus, Msgr.
