Off duty holster and Tac light for Sig P229

My new sig p229 is on the way, and I was wondering what off duty holster's people have had good luck with. Also, what tac lights (now that I have a gun with rails) do you like best?

My dept. issues a Strong off-duty holster. We are required to carry a level-2 holster . . . I haven't had any problems with it.
