NORTH ATTLEBORO - A 51-year-old North Attleboro man was jailed on $20,000 cash bail Wednesday, charged with sending an undercover state police officer computer images of children as young as 10 having sex with adults.
David N. Lambert, who lives with his sister at 177 East St. in North Attleboro, was arrested Tuesday night following an investigation by state police detectives assigned to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office and North Attleboro police.
During a bail hearing Wednesday in Attleboro District Court, Assistant District Attorney Noah Ertel said Lambert admitted when questioned by investigators to disseminating and possessing child pornography.
