Admittedly there are many things that piss me off while driving, however probably nothing more then driving behind some idiot that has no brakelights. I was behind an older lincoln the other day with no brake lights. Counting the third brake light, that's 3 out! It's so g*oddamn annoying not to mention unsafe. Maybe he should realize somethings up when everytime he slows down there are tires screeching behind him?? People like that should be clubbed like a baby seal.

I'd put them in the same category as the people who drive around everywhere at night with their high beams on. I guess they figure that they're the only ones on the road that are allowed to see.

I was driving in very slow moving traffic on the highway a couple of weeks ago and this guy had no brake lights. I almost hit him 5 times because he'd speed up to about 60 then drop down to 30 in a matter of seconds. After awhile, I just switched lanes. If I had hit him, would that have been my fault?

i was going to ask the same thing. If somone has none, or very few of the factory brake lights not functioning and is rearended, who's at fault?
The spacing between cars as specified is to give enough reaction time / slowing distance, but nonfunctioning brake lights greatly increases reaction time, especialy in traffic when you're loking for cross traffic, pedestrians, etc...
Would you LEO's issue citations to both parties, or what?

I also love the dipwads who have to pull waaaaay over to the right to make a left turn, and vice-versa.

Living on in a NH border city, it amazes me how these Panty-waste come down here and:
1)Think that a STOP sign is a Yield
2)Refuse to use their directionals
3)Believe that crosswalks is a suitable parking space
4)Believe that when stopped at an intersection they can stop in a crosswalk, causing pedestrians to have to walk IN the intersection to cross.

And they don't even need a background check to carry a gun :roll:
