Woman charged with disturbing the peace
WALTHAM - A woman was arrested Sunday morning at 2:01 after police said she refused to cooperate when police were breaking up a loud party.
Christine Delatuente, 30, of 64 Fairbanks St., Brighton, was charged with disturbing the peace, police said.

Man charged with OUI
WALTHAM - A Newton man who police say hit a parked car at 138 Bright St. on Sunday at 1:33 a.m. was arrested after police determined he had been drinking.
Matthew Fellman, 21, of 22 Nantucket Road, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a vehicle, police said.

Police: Man was urinating on Moody Street
WALTHAM - A Newton man was arrested Sunday morning at 1:05 after police saw him urinating on Moody Street, near Pine Street, police said.
When police approached, the suspect took off. Police said they caught the suspect as he was trying to climb a fence behind a building on Pine Street.
Brian Kelly, 33, of 39 Putnam St., was charged with indecent exposure and resisting arrest, police said.

Man charged with assault
WALTHAM - Police arrested a Newton man Saturday night at 11:55, after police said he got into an argument with his ex-girlfriend outside a Moody Street restaurant.
Police said the man and woman were arguing outside of 714 Moody St. when she tried to enter. The suspect then grabbed her by the back of the neck to stop her from entering, police said.
Douglas McDonald, 40, of 68 Wyman St., was charged with assault and battery, police said.

Woman faces driving charges
WALTHAM - Police stopped a Leominster woman Saturday at 10:18 p.m., who was driving without her headlights in the area of 347 River St., police said.
Sophise Charles, 25, of 9 State St., was charged with failure to display headlights and driving on a suspended license, police said.

Milford woman charged with restraining order violation
WALTHAM - A man called police Saturday at 7:10 p.m. to report that his former girlfriend, who he has a restraining order against, repeatedly called him, police said.
Lisa Hanson, 35, of 235 Central St., Milford, was charged with violation of a restraining order, after Milford Police arrested her and took her to Waltham.

Police: Man threw knife at ex-girlfriend
WALTHAM - Police arrested a man Saturday at 3:49 p.m., who police said threatened his ex-girlfriend during an argument.
Jeovany Villatoro, 38, of 143 Charles St., Apt. 1, was charged with threatening to commit a crime, to wit, murder, and assault with a dangerous weapon.
Police said Villatoro went into the kitchen during the argument and grabbed a 14-inch knife. He then threatened to kill and threw the knife at her while she was sitting on the couch, missing her, police said.

Man charged with disturbing the peace
WALTHAM - A Waltham man who wouldn't stop yelling and swearing in the Store24 parking lot on High street was arrested Friday at 11:54 p.m., police said.
Omar Grant-Raines, 18, of 26 High St., was charged with disturbing the peace, police said.

Man faces driving charges
WALTHAM - Michael Halloran, 32, 112 Crescent St., was arrested Friday at 7:04 p.m., after police stopped him for an invalid registration sticker, police said. He was charged with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle, police said.

Man charged with reckless driving
NEWTON - Police arrested a man Saturday at 7:26 p.m. after police said he almost hit an officer who was talking to three people in front of 252 Lexington St.
Anallinsains Recinos, 21, of 3 Friend St., Waltham, was charged with reckless operation of a vehicle and driving without a license.
Police said Recinos was driving in reverse at a high rate of speed when the officer and three others jumped out of the way. The driver hit a wall at 252 Lexington St. before hitting another vehicle, police said.
