Does anyone know of any states or departments that are suing Motorola over the 800mhz system?
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I believe the City of Chicago had a law suit against Motorola for it's failing trunking system on 800 mghz. This was years ago.

But don't hold me to this...
