Nashua Couple Hospitalized In Maine

SHELBURN, N.H. -- A motorcycle and moose collided in Shelburn, sending both the rider and his passenger to a hospital.

Daniel and Carol Lavoie, both of Nashua, were riding west on Route 2 near the Maine state border at about 6 p.m., police said.
The couple was flown to Maine Medical Center in Lewiston with unknown injuries. Their conditions were not immediately reported.
