KEENE, N.H. (WBZ) ― A mother and son from Hancock, N.H., are charged with trying to arrange a murder.
Constance Boldini, 76, and her son Guido, 42, pleaded not guilty Friday to charges of criminal solicitation for murder. Bail for each of them was set at $250,000 cash at their arraignment in Keene District Court.
Keene police say the Boldinis met with an undercover officer and arranged to have someone killed. Investigators aren't saying who the target was, or why the mother and son wanted the person dead.
Police arrested them Thursday afternoon, four days after another person reported being asked by the Boldinis to find someone who would commit a murder for them.
