Milford car fire put out
MILFORD Firefighters worked for nearly an hour Saturday night extinguishing a car fire on Nancy Road, police said.
A 1991 Volvo ignited around 11:15 p.m. near 26 Nancy Road, police said. Firefighters put out the fire by about midnight, the department said. No one was injured.
Teen charged with shoplifting
BELLINGHAM A 16-year-old boy was arrested Saturday and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, police said.
The boy, whose name was not released because of his age, was arrested at Wal-Mart around 5 p.m., police said.
Milford woman faces charges
MILFORD Police applied for a summons Thursday afternoon for a 46-year-old Milford woman.
Julie Valentino, of 42 Pleasant St., will be charged with violating a restraining order and threatening to commit a crime, police said.
Hopedale woman faces insurance charge
MILFORD Police applied for a summons Thursday night for a 38-year-old Hopedale woman.
Stephanie Moe, of 16 Maple St., will be charged with driving without insurance and registration, police said.
Milford man arrested on warrants
MILFORD A 27-year-old Milford man was arrested Thursday night on several warrant charges, police said.
Jose L. Colon, of 78 Water St., Apt. 1, was arrested around 9:30 p.m., police said. He was wanted on two out-of-town warrants and one warrant out of Milford, police said.

MILFORD A 27-year-old Milford man was arrested Friday on a warrant, police said.
Miguel Angel Pagan, of 4 Lincoln St., Apt. 5, was arrested around 11:30 a.m., police said.

MILFORD Police applied for a summons Saturday morning for a 27-year-old Milford man.
Adilson D. Viera, of 12 Colonial Road, Apt. 11, will be charged with driving without a license, police said.
Two hurt in Upton crash
UPTON Two people were treated for minor injuries yesterday following a three-car accident on High Street, police said.
The two people, whose names were not released, were taken by ambulance to Milford Regional Medical Center around 8:30 a.m., police said.
