One hurt in two-car crash
MILFORD - A 40-year-old Milford man was treated for minor injuries yesterday following a two-car crash on South Main Street, police said.
Police said Jose D. Pereira, of 54 Taft St., was traveling south on Rte. 140 just before 9 a.m. and stopped to let a car exit the Big Lots parking lot.
A 2008 Honda Accord, driven by Catherine M. McCoy, 49, hit Pereira's 1998 Saturn from behind. McCoy, of 113 Jones Road, Hopedale, told police she was ``not paying attention'' and didn't see Pereira's car stop.
