Milford man faces multiple charges
MENDON - Police arrested a Milford man early yesterday on multiple charges, including drunken-driving and two counts of assault and battery of a police officer. Brian J. Keay, 21, of 24 Jionzo Road, was arrested following a traffic stop on Milford Street about 2:15 a.m.
In addition to the above charges, Keay faces one count each of speeding, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police, failing to yield, possession of a Class D drug (marijuana), possession of illegal fireworks, assault with a dangerous weapon (a telephone), parking on a state highway and a signal violation on a state highway.
No police officer was injured in the incident, police said.

Milford man charged with driving without license
MILFORD - Police arrested a 38-year-old Milford man Thursday and charged him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield.
A patrolman watched Benedito Meira come down Depot Street in a green van with Florida plates, ignore the stop sign and turn left onto Central Street, police said.
Meira, of 63 East Main St., #2, was pulled over and arrested at 6:51 p.m.

Hopedale man faces charges after crash
MILFORD - Police say they planned to summon to court a Hopedale man on charges of operating to endanger and leaving the scene of property damage after he crashed into a parked car on Central Street.
Robert J. Figerido Jr., 43, of 66 Bancroft Park, was driving a 1981 Chevy Malibu about 11:17 p.m. Thursday when he hit a 2000 Buick on the corner of Bragg Slip, police said.
A witness told police Figerido made a hard left turn to hit the Buick, then tried to flee.

Bellingham man charged with driving with revoked license
MENDON - Police charged a Bellingham man early yesterday with one count of driving with a revoked license. Brian W. Parker, 35, of 278 Caroline Drive, was charged about 1:40 a.m. after a traffic stop at the intersection of Bates Street and Cape Road.

Bellingham man charged with driving with suspended license
MENDON - Police charged a Bellingham man early yesterday with one count of driving with a suspended license, subsequent offense. Paul W. Munro, 42, of 786 South Main St., was charged about 1:10 a.m. after a traffic stop on Main Street.

Bellingham man faces license, plate charges
BELLINGHAM - Police charged a Bellingham man with two driving violations Thursday, following a traffic stop on Mechanic Street.
George A. Mathew, 34, of 61 Whitehall Way, was charged with one count each of driving with a suspended license for being a habitual traffic offender and a number plate violation.
